After 3 months of playing about I've finally got all the bits together

	I have about 35cm movement in the X axis
	And about 30cm in the Y axis.
	But only about 5cm in the Z axis,due to the distance between the bottom of the ZAxis and the X plate.
	The mega32/Joystick are for manual control
	The brains of the system when running in manual mode.
