How it works
The camera is mounted on a servo, which is controlled by a mini SSCII servo controller.
The SSCII is connected to the server through a serial port.
On clicking on one of the position links a visual basic cgi script reads the command line parameters, converts them into servo & position command for the mini scc and sends them to the serial port.
The program then sends a 204 status header to the browser. The browser accepts this header as meaning "URL accepted" but "no data to display".

And heres a picure of the final thing. It doesn't look that nice, but atleast it works the way I wanted it to.
